Printing Policy for Offensive or Demeaning Designs:  

This site and related services are intended for family-friendly use. We recognize that the definition of "offensive" and "demeaning" will vary. Therefore, we reserve the right to not print any apparel deemed by us to be offensive or demeaning. We appreciate your help and understanding.  Most notably, we will not print curse words,  graphically violent material, or pictures containing nude body parts that would normally be covered by a swim suit.

Price & Design:  

Prices, specifications, and designs are subject to change without notice, unless stated otherwise in writing.   Price lists, catalogs, and online pricing are intended for distribution of general information and are not quotations or offers to sell on the part of the Company.

Quotations:

Written quotations are subject to change without notice and become void unless accepted by the purchaser within 15 days. Oral quotations are given for estimating purposes only and are not valid unless confirmed in writing by Martini Creations, Inc.

Sales and Similar Tax: 

Prices listed on our website do not include sales, use, excise or similar taxes. Consequently, in addition to the price specified, the amount of any present or future sales, use, excise, or similar tax applicable to the sale of the goods shall be paid by the Purchaser.  Alternatively, the Purchaser may provide Martini Creations, Inc. with a current tax exemption certificate (resale number) acceptable to taxing authorities.

Production Time:

Minimum production time is 10 working days from the time we receive final art approval. Please add 1-5 days for shipping depending on where you are located. Overnight and 2nd day shipping is available.

Cancellation of Orders: 

Order cancellations will be accepted only before garments are ordered. We are unable to offer exception to this policy.  The customer will be responsible for paying screen and/or art preparation fees, and garment re-stock charges.

Replacement of Defective Material: 

Martini Creations, Inc. agrees to correct and shall have the right to correct by repair or replacement (at our own expense & at our option), any defects in said goods which is due to our fault, or the negligence of the Manufacturer of the goods. The Purchaser must inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us within 72 hours of delivery as to the defect. We shall have the right to inspect the goods prior to making any decision on such defects. Inspection must prove the claim, and the goods must be properly cared for during said period. The correction of such defects by repair or replacement by the Company shall constitute fulfillment of all our obligations to the Purchaser.  in no case shall we be liable for lost profits, current or future, or for any other losses associated with any error on our part.
